I stayed at The Phoenix for a week and had a wonderful experience. The cozy vibe and social atmosphere made it easy to meet new people and make friends with roommates. The staff, especially Darren, Khalid, and Melvin, were incredibly kind and always ready to assist. The location, near Marylebone station, was perfect for exploring the city. The common area was a great place to hang out and enjoy meals, with access to a microwave and refrigerator. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money.

    Can recommend this hotel.
