I stayed at The Phoenix for a week and had a wonderful experience. The cozy vibe and social atmosphere made it easy to meet new people and make friends with roommates. The staff, especially Darren, Khalid, and Melvin, were incredibly kind and always ready to assist. The location, near Marylebone station, was perfect for exploring the city. The common area was a great place to hang out and enjoy meals, with access to a microwave and refrigerator. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Hyde Park and other main London attractions. The staff was friendly and cute, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The included breakfast was delicious and a great value. the lounge area with Netflix and beer was a nice touch. I also loved the fact that the hostel operates 24/7, perfect for late-night pub crawlers like myself. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun-filled stay in London.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the accommodating and available staff, especially during late and early hours. The breakfast was a good value and available starting at 6 AM. The cozy atmosphere and living room/couch area provided a welcoming space to wind down and connect with other guests from all over. The room was clean with fresh linen on the bed, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Felt special, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a pleasant stay at this hostel. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The staff was nice and attentive, providing good service. I had a fantastic stay at a hostel in London called Phoenix. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable staying with other women. The staff were incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. The showers and toilets were clean, and the sheets were immaculate. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby convenience store. I would definitely recommend Phoenix to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in London.
